    G-High Carbon aims to build a relationship of mutual trust with the customers and provide even better products and service.     • 2020

      The fully-automated packing production line was put into operation smoothly. Softened water was used in the circulating system. The new transformer started to function. The project of connecting with qualified source of water succeeded. 

    • 2019
      G-High Carbon achieved the state of overall self-operation. Many visiting foreign customers commented that the worksite management in G-High Carbon was similar to that in Japan and Germany.
    • 2019

      A new type calciner was put into production by G-High Carbon in a National Development Zone. After visiting the factory, many experts said that the level of automation and dust-free operation has completely changed their recognition of carbon additive industry in China.

      The automated production line for the whole process was put into service successfully.

      A new factory was built by G-High Carbon, which realized dust-free production and has been regarded as the standard factory by the whole industry.

      The production line of cooling, transporting, storing and packing graphite petroleum coke was put into operation, which was researched and developed independently by G-High Carbon.

      The calcining furnace of G-High Carbon has been in continuous operation for 11 years, longer than all other furnaces in the industry.

      G-High Carbon started the graphitization production line of 20000KVA.

      The automated packing machine, independently researched and developed by G-High Carbon, was put into operation successfully.

    1. Testing every lot of Raw Petroleum Coke in Ash, Volatility and Sulphur, etc.
    2. Preparing the materials pro rata
    3. Puting Raw Petroleum Coke into calcinator
    4. Calcining it under 1200-1300 for 40-48 hours
    5. Discharging Petroleum Coke after being calcined
    6. Cooling Petroleum Coke after being calcined
    7. Sieving Calcined Petroleum Coke by Rolling Screen
    8. Packaging Calcined Petroleum Coke as request
    9. Transporting Calcined Petroleum Coke to ports

    Process B

    1. Testing every lot of Raw Petroleum Coke in Ash, Volatility and Sulphur, etc.
    2. Preparing the materials pro rata
    3. Putting Raw Petroleum Coke into calcinator
    4. Calcining it under 1200-1300 for 40-48 hours
    5. Discharging Petroleum Coke after being calcined
    6. Cooling Petroleum Coke after being calcined
    7. Sieving Calcined Petroleum Coke by crashing and vibrating
    8. Packaging Calcined Petroleum Coke as request
    9. Transporting Calcined Petroleum Coke to ports

    Advanced and accurate testing is another step which ensures product quality. G-High Carbon imports testing equipment from Germany. Every lot of goods will be strictly checked by the Production Department, the Business Department and the Operation Management Department to guarantee the quality of G-High carbon products is as promised and required.
