G-High Carbon Achievements


G-High Carbon starts the history of producing CPC by the pot-type furnace in Panjin area. G-High Carbon is the first enterprise to operate and control the pot-type furnace in a standardized way.

G-High Carbon breaks through the bottleneck in the whole industry to realize dust-free and automated production, and to get into the state of overall self-operation.

G-High Carbon aims to build a relationship of mutual trust with the customers and provide even better products and services.     G-High Carbon was recognized as "Research and Development Center Of Carbon Materials and Environmental Control Engineering Technology".

    G-High Carbon has obtained 15 patents.

    The operation management mode was innovated by G-High Carbon. The automatic production lines were improved and upgraded by G-High Carbon.
  • 2020
    In 2020, the fully-automated packing production line was put into operation smoothly. Softened water was used in the circulating system. The new transformer started to function. The project of connecting with qualified source of water succeeded.
  • 2019
    G-High Carbon achieved the state of overall self-operation. Many visiting foreign customers commented that the worksite management in G-High Carbon was similar to that in Japan and Germany.

    A new type calciner was put into production by G-High Carbon in a National Development Zone. After visiting the factory, many experts said that the level of automation and dust-free operation has completely changed their recognition of carbon additive industry in China.
  • 2018
    The automated production line for the whole process was put into service successfully.
  • 2017
    A new factory was built by G-High Carbon, which realized dust-free production and has been regarded as the standard factory by the whole industry.

    The production line of cooling, transporting, storing and packing graphite petroleum coke was put into operation, which was researched and developed independently by G-High Carbon.
  • 2016
    The calcining furnace of G-High Carbon has been in continuous operation for 11 years, longer than all other furnaces in the industry.
  • 2015
    G-High Carbon started the graphitization production line of 20000KVA.
  • 2014
    The automated packing machine, independently researched and developed by G-High Carbon, was put into operation successfully.
  • 2013
    G-High Carbon registered the trademark, which started the development of brands in the industry.
  • 2013
    G-High Carbon was named a Class A enterprise by China customs.
  • 2012
    G-High Carbon was designated as the producer and supplier of calcined petroleum coke by the United Nations.

    G-High Carbon became the first enterprise in the industry in Northeast China who held the QMS ISO 9001:2008 certificate issued by SGS.
  • 2009
    G-High Carbon created a record of the annual export volume in Panjin.
  • 2008
    G-High Carbon ranked first among private enterprises for exporting the CPC of low sulfur ( sulfur < 0.5%) in China.
  • February 2006
    G-High Carbon became the first one to export calcined petroleum coke to Japan in Panjin area.
  • April 2005
    G-High Carbon was founded, which started the history of producing calcined petroleum coke in Panjin area.
