October 31st, 2008 On October 29th, 2008, the leaders of Ministry of Personnel came to Dalian Foreign Languages College to recruit some outstanding students. When the Ghigh brand of recruitment was hung out, numerous university students surrounded the recruitment fair to hand their resumes.
