Through More Details, For Better Quality

Achievements in recent days are praised and Detail Management is emphasized in whole producing process in the meeting held by leaders of the Producing Department in G-High Carbon around noon today.

“Only by managing all details in the producing process well, could we guarantee quality of the products and meet clients’ needs. Otherwise loopholes will be many, and small problems may lead to big accidents”, said Mr. Zhang, Chief Manager of the Producing Department.

And he said, “We should implement this idea into every part of the producing process, from purchasing, calcining, packaging to loading, etc. Every manager of the Producing Department should know clearly your own responsibilities, manage well every detail in your part, and ensure the quality of the work about details.”
