The clients from Japan visited G-High Carbon on April 23rd. The Marketing and Production Managers of G-High showed them around the factory. They have checked each step of the manufacturing process strictly and asked all kinds of different questions, then the Production Manager of Ghigh explained all the questions to them clearly.
The Japanese customers were very careful and made a detailed record. They also expressed confidence in the quality of Ghigh products after they inspected every manufacturing equipment and process.
When they visited the Testing Labouratory of Calcined Petroleum Coke, they said, "We have seen the same equipments for testing volatility and granularity in big Japanese enterprises, too." The Production Manager said to them, "G-High pays more attention to the quality of testing equipments. And we have purchased lots of exact testing equipments from Germany, which are rarely seen in other Calcined Petroleum Coke companies." He also expressed, "If you want to ensure high quality, you should have best testing equipments and strict testing procedures." The Japanese customers agreed with this deeply.
Finally, the Marketing Manager took them to visit the new plant covering more than 10,000 square meters, which is right under construction now. The manager said, "The new plant will play a trememdous role to produce Calcined Petroleum Coke in Ghigh." The Japanese customers expressed clearly their expectation.
At the end of the visit, the Japanese customers decided to purchase 700 tons of Clacined Petroleum Coke this month, and would like to keep a long-term cooperation with G-High.
