Specialized G-High Carbon Raiser for High Class Brake Disks and Brake Pads

    The brake disk, as the key component in the braking system, is extremely important for driving safely. Chosen by world-famous cars as the carbon raiser, Model GH-CA-07 helps improve the safety performance and the smoothness in braking, and prolong the service time. If brake pads of good friction performance, high and stable coefficient friction, high heat resistance and lower wear loss are used cooperatively (with GH-CPC-1 as the carbon raiser), the whole braking system will meet the braking requirements in any circumstance without any noise, vibration or crack.

    • To raise carbon content in special steel and nodular cast iron.
      1. Chemical component: High carbon, low sulfur and nitrogen, few impurities
      2. Physical form: Clean, porous, quick and efficient for absorption.
      3. Microcosmically:Better crystal quality, better property of the cast iron.
      4. Property: teady in performance, reliable in raising carbon content, no slag returned.

    • To raise carbon in electric induction furnaces, in cupola furnaces, for duplex melting process, for spraying carbon powder into liquid iron.

      1. Waterproof jumbo bags: 800kgs~1100kgs/ bag according to different grain sizes;
      2. Waterproof PP woven bags / Paper bags: 5kg / 7.5kg / 12.5kg / 20kg / 25kg / 30kg / 50kg small bags;
      3. Small bags into jumbo bags or onto pallets: waterproof PP woven bags / paper bags in 800kg ~1100kg jumbo bags or onto pallets.
